The Department of Agriculture – National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (DA-NFRDI) has once again received an “Unmodified Opinion” from the Commission on Audit (COA) for Fiscal Year 2024, marking the fifth consecutive year of this highest audit rating.

An “Unmodified Opinion” signifies that NFRDI’s financial statements are presented fairly and in accordance with applicable financial reporting frameworks. This consistent recognition underscores the Institute’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance in public financial management.
